Product Description:
The 135U1344 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. As a cabinet-mounted controller, it modulates motor speed to match process demand in conveyors, pumps, and general machine automation. This type of drive adjusts output frequency and voltage so connected motors can follow changing load requirements during automated operation. The unit belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and uses a chassis-style housing for installation inside enclosed factory control panels.
This model delivers a continuous output of 3.0 kW, equivalent to 4.0 HP, allowing it to run medium-power induction motors common to material-handling cells. It accepts a mains input of 380–500 VAC through a three-phase power connection, so it can be wired directly to standard industrial feeders without autotransformers. The protection level is IP20 chassis, which means live parts are finger-safe once the drive is installed inside a cabinet. Braking energy is dissipated through the built-in brake chopper, and a factory-installed RFI filter helps reduce conducted emissions. Normal cabinet-mount hardware for A, B, and C frames is included, cable entries use the standard orientation, and the PCB boards are uncoated for controlled environments where humidity and airborne contaminants are managed.
On the control side, a PROFINET MCA 120 option card is fitted for high-speed networked I/O, while the MCB-103 Resolver Option allows feedback from resolver-equipped motors. Local setup is handled through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which presents real-time parameters in multiple languages through the standard language pack. Parameter values and operating status can be viewed directly at the drive. No adaptation hardware is installed in slot B, and slots C0, C1, and D are empty.
