Product Description:
The 135N0345 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Designed for installation in cabinet frames A, B, or C, the drive provides controlled power to three-phase motors in industrial automation systems. It regulates motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and other machine axes, allowing control systems to adjust output in response to changing process demands.
The controller can deliver a continuous shaft power of 1.5 kW, which corresponds to 2.0 HP. It accepts line supplies ranging from 380–500 VAC and operates with three-phase power, making it compatible with common industrial distribution networks. The drive has IP20 chassis protection, so it must be installed inside a suitable enclosure to prevent accidental contact with live electrical parts. During normal cabinet operation, heat-generating components remain within the intended airflow path. Integral cooling channels align with the selected frame size and help transfer heat away from the internal power electronics. An RFI Class A1/B filter limits conducted electrical emissions that could otherwise affect nearby equipment.
The B-slot contains the MCB-102 Encoder Option, which provides high-resolution feedback for motion-control applications. Integrated Motion Control uses this feedback to regulate motor position and speed during coordinated movement. A brake chopper dissipates regenerated energy when rapid deceleration is commanded, helping control loads during stopping. The Graphical Local Control Panel provides direct access to operating parameters and drive status without requiring an external interface. Standard cable entries guide power, motor, and control wiring through the designated gland plates while maintaining orderly routing inside the enclosure. The printed circuit boards are uncoated, so the drive is intended for indoor cabinets with controlled humidity and protection from corrosive contaminants.
