The 134L3501 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Installed inside a control cabinet, it converts fixed-frequency input power into regulated output power that allows an induction motor to accelerate, decelerate, or maintain the speed required by an automated process. Standard cabinet-mounting brackets fit the appropriate A, B, and C frame envelopes, while conventional cable entries support direct routing of mains, motor, and control wiring from conduit or trunking.
This model is designed for three-phase power supplies within the 200–240 VAC range and delivers up to 0.75 kW, or approximately 1.0 HP, of continuous motor power. A built-in brake chopper dissipates excess regenerative energy during rapid deceleration, helping protect the drive and upstream components from excessive DC-bus voltage. The integrated RFI filter reduces high-frequency emissions, allowing the unit to share a switchboard with sensitive instrumentation without requiring an additional line filter. These electrical features support controlled motor operation in conveyors, pumps, and compact material-handling stations where speed adjustments and repeatable deceleration are required.
Field connectivity is available through the optional PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 interface, which provides deterministic exchange of setpoints and operating status with a central controller. Local parameter access is handled by the Graphical Local Control Panel, which presents operating data on a backlit screen and provides menu navigation keys for drive setup and monitoring.
