The 134G3806 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into a variable-frequency output, allowing precise speed control of compatible three-phase induction motors. It is suitable for motor-driven equipment such as industrial conveyors, pumps, fans, and ventilation systems. The chassis-level design is intended for integration into a standard control enclosure, where the surrounding cabinet provides additional protection and supports organized cable routing.
The power section is rated at 1.5 kW and can deliver a mechanical motor output of 2.0 HP when connected to suitable equipment. It accepts an input voltage range of 380–500 VAC through a three-phase power input, allowing connection to common industrial electrical systems without a step-down transformer. The IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental contact with hazardous internal components while permitting cabinet airflow around the drive. Its chassis format supports installation in standard control-cabinet arrangements with appropriate spacing for ventilation and wiring. Service wiring passes through standard cable entries, and the printed circuit boards are uncoated.
The option bay includes an EtherNet/IP MCA 121 communication module for direct network control and data exchange with compatible automation systems. The unit uses the standard language pack and is supplied without an LCP keypad, so local setup requires a compatible external interface. No mains option module is installed, leaving the primary input-power arrangement unchanged.
