Product Description:
The 134F5913 is a variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency AC power into a controlled output so that induction or permanent-magnet motors can match changing process demand. This makes the unit suitable for conveyors, mixers, packaging stations, and similar equipment where stable speed control and coordinated torque help maintain repeatable operation across different load conditions. The drive is intended for automation duties that require consistent motor response during acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state running.
Its continuous output capability is 18.5 kW, which is equivalent to 25 HP for medium-sized pumps, fans, and comparable motor loads. The drive accepts an input range of 200–240 VAC on a three-phase power network, allowing direct connection to common low-voltage plant supplies. Its IP20 / Chassis enclosure is intended for cabinet installation while leaving heat-sink airflow unobstructed. Standard cable entries simplify wiring, and the base model comes without A, C, C0, C1, D, or mains option boards. The unit is supplied with a standard multi-language set for local display and setup.
For feedback integration, the factory-installed MCB-103 resolver card occupies the B slot, while the safe-stop brake chopper is omitted, so dynamic braking must be provided externally when the application requires it. The unit uses a normal cabinet mounting pattern for A, B, and C frames, and conducted noise is reduced by the built-in RFI filter. Day-to-day parameter access is handled by a detachable graphical local control panel that presents text, icons, and trend views. The boards are not coated, which makes the unit better suited to clean control-room environments. Adaptation B remains at no adaptation, and the C software category is unpopulated.
