Product Description:
The 132L7262 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series, and it belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group. Intended for cabinet integration, the unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into a modulated output so that industrial pumps, conveyors, and positioning axes can run at commanded speeds. An internal RFI filter limits conducted emissions, and standard cable entries simplify wiring.
The drive accepts a three-phase supply between 380 – 500 VAC. Rated for three-phase power, the input current is shared across all lines. A continuous mechanical output of 4.0 kW matches the frame's thermal capacity, while the IP20 chassis enclosure allows installation inside protected panels. Field networks are handled through the A-option card, a PROFINET MCA 120, enabling direct PLC connectivity. There is no adaptation module in the designated B-adaptation space. Mounting follows the normal cabinet scheme for A, B, and C frames, and the PCB is left uncoated to favor heat dissipation in climate-controlled enclosures. No additional C, C0, C1, D, or mains options are populated, which keeps the hardware profile compact.
Operator interaction is through a Graphical Local Control Panel that provides parameter access in the standard language pack, and the drive includes Integrated MotionControl software. For feedback applications, the B-slot houses the MCB-103 Resolver Option, which translates resolver signals into digital speed data. Braking energy is absorbed by a brake chopper, allowing sudden deceleration when the load reaches the unit's 5.0 HP mechanical output. Because only the resolver and braking features occupy expansion space, the remaining option bays stay open for future upgrades without altering the drive's dimensions.
