The 132H3062 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency utility power into a regulated output so motor speed and torque can be matched to process demand in automated conveyors, mixers, pump skids, and similar process equipment. Intended for normal cabinet installation on the A, B, and C mechanical frames, the drive fits into central panels where heat dissipation and service accessibility are governed by standard industrial practices.

With a continuous mechanical rating of 125 HP, the unit supplies up to 90 kW of shaft power, providing headroom for high-inertia loads that need substantial starting torque. The input section accepts a mains window of 380–500 VAC, allowing one hardware model to cover common 400 V distribution systems worldwide. Because the power stage is wired for three-phase power, current is distributed evenly across the supply conductors and harmonic distortion is reduced. The unit has an IP20 chassis rating, permitting mounting inside ventilated enclosures while still preventing accidental contact with live parts. Standard cable entries streamline wiring and help maintain orderly cable routing inside the cabinet.

Fieldbus and feedback features extend the drive's control functions. The drive ships with a PROFINET MCA 120 interface, enabling deterministic Ethernet communication for parameter access and real-time setpoint exchange with higher-level control systems. Motor position data can be processed by the integrated MCB-103 resolver option, giving the controller absolute rotor angle information for closed-loop vector control. Switching energy from regenerative operation is managed by the internal brake chopper, and electromagnetic emissions are attenuated by the built-in RFI filter to meet plant EMC limits. A coated control board adds a barrier against moisture and corrosive gases, and no local control panel is fitted.
