Product Description:
The 131X9590 is a flexible control device that is adaptable to a broad range of industrial machines and operates with a control card containing its configuration instructions. The controller is a product of Danfoss Automation, it carries several certifications such as the CE, and the UL certifications. Unlike conventional control devices, this product features a state-of-the-art Proportional Integral Derivative control which functions as a feedback mechanism and allows it to maintain the required motor speed, pressure and temperature by adjusting the output frequency to match the varying load. The design of this product features a Local Control panel that serves as a complete interface for customers to carry out complete control and programming operations. This panel is removable and does not have to be directly mounted to the controller. Customers who require a more flexible operation can install the control panel at a distance as high as 3 feet from this frequency converter.
The 131X9590 controller communicates any error it encounters through the use of special error codes. These codes are displayed on the control panel of this product. When this product encounters a fault, it can enter into a trip lock state to protect itself. The trip lock state can only be cancelled by disconnecting the mains, removing the cause of the fault, and then reconnecting the converter. It is not possible to restart the product unit the trip state is removed.
The 131X9590 requires installation inside a control cabinet; it should be mounted vertically and in a position that allows for an easy circulation of cool air in the housing. If multiple units of this product are to be used, it is possible to install all of the individual units side by side without significant risk of overheating.
