The 131X8672 is an AC variable-frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Installed between a three-phase AC supply and an induction or PM motor, it regulates voltage and frequency for precise speed control. This arrangement supports conveyors, mixers, and machinery that need controlled acceleration, deceleration, and precise process timing.
The control stage handles 6.93 kVA of apparent power and can deliver up to 5.0 HP. It operates from a three-phase input of 380 to 500 VAC, giving the drive a useful range for common industrial supply systems. A power rating of 4.0 kW supports constant-torque duties, while the integrated brake chopper helps manage dynamic deceleration during stopping events.
