Product Description:

The 131X5702 Frequency Converter supports dual supply frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz with ± 5 % tolerance. Its compact size and reliable design allow for smooth motor operation even under tough environmental conditions.

The output voltage of the 131X5702 frequency converter ranges from 0 % to 100 % of supply voltage while output frequency spans from 0 to 590 Hz. The unit also supports operation in flux mode with frequencies between 0 and 300 Hz. The converter offers strong torque capabilities with starting and overload torque rated at a maximum of 150 % for 60 seconds. It can operate at full capacity down to 0 °C and at reduced performance down to -10 °C. The storage and transport temperatures range from – 25 °C to + 65 °C. The voltage imbalance between mains phases is tolerated up to 3 % of the rated supply voltage temporarily. The unit allows long motor cable lengths. It supports 150 m shielded/armored cables and up to 300 m for unshielded/unarmored types. Its design supports robust and efficient operation in a wide range of setups.

The digital input capabilities of the 131X5702 frequency converter are flexible with 4 programmable digital inputs and are expandable to 6. The logic options include PNP or NPN configurations. The inputs support 0 – 24 V DC input voltage levels. For NPN logic, 0 is defined above 19 V DC and 1 below 14 V DC. This frequency converter is designed for operation at installation altitudes of up to 1000 meters above sea level (masl) without requiring any power derating. The unit maintains its rated output power, thermal performance and cooling efficiency within this altitude range.
