Product Description:
The 131H0937 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a modulated output that allows controllers to vary the speed and torque of compatible induction motors. This capability supports controlled motion in conveyors, pumps, fans, and material-handling equipment. Integrated diagnostics provide operating information that can help identify faults and monitor drive conditions without adding separate diagnostic components. The compact inverter design also reduces the amount of external control hardware required inside an industrial automation cabinet.
This model accepts line supplies from 380-500 VAC and provides a continuous motor output of 55 kW, which corresponds to 75 HP. Its IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental finger contact with hazardous internal parts when the drive is installed correctly. Because the chassis is not sealed against dust or water, the unit requires installation inside a suitable control panel for use in demanding areas. A factory-installed RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter helps the drive meet conducted-emission limits on compatible industrial power systems. Normal cabinet-mount frames A, B, and C provide the airflow clearance needed around the heat sink. Adequate ventilation must be maintained so generated heat can leave the enclosure during continuous operation.
The unit operates with three-phase power, making it suitable for common industrial distribution systems within its accepted voltage range. Its circuit boards have a protective coating that helps shield electronic components from humidity, dust, and other airborne contaminants. Power and control wiring pass through standard metric gland plates, providing organized cable entry into the chassis. The platform carries series code 302 for compatibility with the applicable AutomationDrive control architecture. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so external regenerative braking equipment is required when the application must dissipate energy returned during rapid deceleration. An LCP keypad is also not included, which means parameter entry and status monitoring require a compatible external control interface. The standard language setting provides basic English text for supported operating messages and diagnostic information.
