Product Description:
The 131H0933 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. As a closed-loop inverter, it regulates the speed of three-phase induction motors by adjusting the voltage and frequency supplied to the motor. This control allows conveyors, pumps, HVAC equipment, and material-handling systems to match changing process demands. Controlled acceleration and deceleration can also reduce mechanical stress on connected equipment while supporting efficient operation under partial loads.
This model delivers a continuous power rating of 30 kW, which corresponds to 40 HP at the motor shaft. It accepts an input of 380–500 VAC from a three-phase power supply, so it can connect directly to compatible industrial electrical systems without internal phase conversion. The IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental finger contact and the entry of larger solid objects. Because this enclosure is not dust-tight, the drive should be installed in a suitable cabinet when used in areas exposed to dust or other airborne contaminants. Standard cabinet mounting accommodates A, B, and C frames, while the cable entries are compatible with metric gland plates. These mounting and cable provisions support orderly routing of power, motor, and control conductors inside an electrical panel.
An internal RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter limits conducted electromagnetic emissions and supports operation near other industrial control equipment. The drive uses coated printed circuit boards that provide additional protection against humidity and particle-laden air. It does not include an integrated brake chopper, so loads that return substantial energy during deceleration require an appropriate external braking arrangement. An LCP keypad is not supplied, and parameter access must therefore be provided through a compatible remote interface. The standard language pack and factory-supplied cable hardware are included with the unit. The drive has no installed A, B, C0 MCO, C1, D, or mains option boards, leaving the corresponding expansion positions unused. Adaptation B is also omitted, so the unit retains its standard factory configuration.
