Product Description:
The 131H0745 is a variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Within the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group, this model carries the series identifier 302 and is intended to regulate asynchronous motor speed in industrial automation lines. By converting fixed-frequency mains power into a controlled output, it allows conveyor, pump, or fan speed to follow real-time process requirements while remaining compatible with standard cabinet installations. The regulated output also supports controlled acceleration and deceleration, which can reduce mechanical stress on connected equipment.
The drive accepts an input supply of 380–500 VAC from three-phase power. Its output is rated at 0.75 kW, which corresponds to a mechanical shaft capability of 1.0 HP. The enclosure provides IP20 chassis protection, so the drive must be installed inside a suitable panel to prevent access to live components. Standard cabinet-mount A, B, and C frames provide the physical interface, while standard cable entries simplify routing through the gland plate. A graphical Local Control Panel provides access to operating values, parameters, and drive controls, and the standard language pack supports consistent menu text across regions. The printed circuit board is uncoated and is intended for installation in clean-air cabinets. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so applications that require dynamic braking must use suitable external hardware. Mains isolation accessories are also absent from this configuration.
The A-option slot contains a PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 module for deterministic network control and cyclic communication with an automation system. The B-option slot accepts an MCB-112 PTC thermistor card, which transfers motor-winding temperature information to the drive for thermal protection. The D-option slot supports an MCB-107 24 V DC backup module that keeps the control electronics active during brief mains interruptions. Electromagnetic emissions are reduced by the factory-installed RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter. No additional C0 or C1 plug-in filters are installed, allowing the available option capacity to be used for application-specific accessories where needed.
