Product Description:
The 131G9376 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The drive accepts three-phase utility power and converts it into a regulated output so induction motors can run at the speed required by the process. In conveyor lines, HVAC fans, or pumping stations, this control improves throughput, limits mechanical stress, and supports energy-efficient operation of automated equipment.
The inverter delivers a continuous output of 22 kW, equivalent to 30 HP, giving it the capacity to start and regulate midsize industrial motors. It is designed for supply lines ranging from 380 to 500 VAC and operates with three-phase power, so no phase conversion hardware is required. The IP20 chassis provides basic protection against accidental contact when the drive is installed inside a suitable control cabinet. Standard cable entries simplify gland plate selection and provide organized routing for power and control conductors. The internal brake chopper controls regenerative energy during deceleration when connected to an appropriate braking resistor. The uncoated printed circuit board is suitable for clean electrical rooms, while the numerical local control panel presents real-time operating values through a standard language package.
Fieldbus communication is provided by the A-option card, which contains a PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 module for exchanging commands, status data, and diagnostics with compatible automation controllers. Additional relay outputs are supplied through the MCB-105 relay card installed in the B position, allowing the drive to control or signal external devices. Precision positioning is supported by the C0 slot through the MCO-305 (SyncPos) controller, which coordinates motion for applications that require synchronized operation. Radio-frequency emissions are reduced by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, supporting installation in panels where conducted electrical noise must be controlled. The modular option arrangement allows the communication, relay, and positioning functions to operate alongside the drive’s primary motor-control functions without requiring separate control units.
