Product Description:
The 131F9619 is a variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into adjustable output for induction motor speed control on conveyors, mixers, and packaging lines. Integrated control electronics and IGBT modules let torque limits, ramp profiles, and safety parameters be adjusted from the onboard interface without auxiliary converters. This arrangement supports standalone motor control in distributed automation systems and helps the drive respond smoothly to speed changes, load variation, and routine start-stop duty.
Continuous output reaches 15 HP mechanical, equal to 11 kW electrical, which gives the drive suitable capacity for medium-duty machinery that needs steady motor control during normal production cycles. It accepts 200–240 VAC from plant distribution panels and delivers balanced three-phase power to the motor so torque remains stable across the commanded speed range. The housing has an IP21 / Type 1 rating that helps protect against finger contact and vertical dripping water when installed in a cabinet or other sheltered indoor enclosure. Because a brake chopper is not installed, braking energy must be dissipated externally, while the cable entries and language pack are standard and brake safe stop support is disabled.
The operator interface is a Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides local access to setup values, operating status, and basic parameter changes without a separate programming tool. Conducted emissions are reduced by the integrated RFI Filter, and position feedback can be added through the MCB-103 Resolver Option in the B slot for applications that need resolver-based feedback. The A, C0, C1, D, and mains positions have no option installed, and Adaptation B has no adaptation, which keeps the configuration close to the standard platform layout. The circuit boards are not coated, so the unit is best suited for clean, dry air, and it uses standard cable hardware with serial identifier 302.
