The 131B7835 is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It provides speed control for three-phase induction motors used in conveyors, mixers, and automated process equipment. By adjusting output frequency and voltage to match process demand, the drive supports steady motor operation across changing load conditions. It also helps regulate torque and reduce energy use in applications that require consistent variable-speed control during normal production.

It delivers a continuous power rating of 22 kW, which is equivalent to 30 HP, so it can operate medium-sized production motors without additional speed-changing equipment. The mains input window of 380–500 VAC accepts common 400 V utility supplies, and the internal rectifier is designed for balanced three-phase power to reduce line current distortion. An enclosure rating of IP54 / Type 12, NEMA 3R protects the electronics from airborne dust and dripping liquids, allowing installation in general-purpose plant areas. The unit uses standard cable entries, and because no brake chopper is fitted, dynamic braking must be handled by the motor or an external resistor bank.

For interface and diagnostics, the drive includes a graphical local control panel that shows parameter names rather than numeric codes, making local operation easier to read. Feedback capability can be extended with the optional MCB-103 resolver option when resolver transducers are preferred over encoders for motor feedback. Conducted emissions are limited by the integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, enabling installation on public low-voltage grids without additional line chokes. The printed circuit boards are not coated, so the enclosure should remain properly sealed to help limit moisture exposure in humid areas. No A, C0, C1, or D option cards are installed, and no mechanical adaptation is included.
