The 131B6152 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The unit converts fixed three-phase input power into a variable-frequency output, allowing industrial controllers to regulate motor speed in material-handling systems, pumping applications, and general process lines. By adjusting voltage and frequency together, it maintains motor torque across a broad speed range and supports energy-efficient motion control in automated machinery. The drive can also respond to changing process demands without requiring mechanical speed-control equipment, which helps simplify the connected drive train.
It provides a continuous mechanical output of 11 kW, equivalent to approximately 15 HP at the motor shaft. The input stage accepts 380–500 VAC from three-phase power supplies, allowing direct connection to standard industrial distribution networks within that voltage range. Conducted emissions are reduced by an integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which limits electrical interference with adjacent equipment and connected control devices.
