The 131B2563 is a Danfoss AC variable-frequency drive in the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It modulates three-phase mains power to regulate induction motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and general process equipment used in industrial automation cells. By combining scalable power electronics with precise motor control, the unit provides a compact controller for adjusting torque and flow without mechanical throttling. Its variable-frequency output allows the connected motor to operate according to process demand rather than continuously running at full speed.
This model delivers a continuous output of 4.0 kW, equivalent to 5.0 HP, allowing appropriate control of small and midsize motors. The input section accepts 380 to 500 VAC with three-phase power, so it connects directly to typical plant distribution networks. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, making installation in a closed panel necessary in dusty areas.
