Product Description:
The 131B2113 is a unique VLT automation drive designed and developed by Danfoss for advanced industrial applications. As a frequency converter, this module has an alternative model code of FC-302P1K5T5E20H1XXXXXXS001XA0BXCXXXXDX XLNT. Like other frequency converters released by Danfoss under the VLT series, this electrical drive can operate at a maximum ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, or about 122 degrees Fahrenheit. With its robust enclosure, this three-phase drive can prevent the ingress of small foreign materials and accidental human touch. It can also detect fault and failure conditions such as short circuits, ground faults, overloads, and overtemperatures.
The 131B2113 requires a nominal input voltage supply of 380 to 500 VAC. With this terminal voltage supply, the corresponding input current can be around 3.1 to 3.7 A. Similar to other FC modules, this drive can operate on both 50 and 60 hertz systems. Typically, this drive can achieve a rated power output of 1.5 kW, or about 2 horsepower, assuming a terminal voltage level of 460 V. Like all other servo drives, this device dedicates three terminals to accommodate the power cables of the motor. In principle, the servo drive powers the motor while providing extensive protection features.
To facilitate cooling during operation, the 131B2113 utilizes a built-in cooling fan on its rear side. During operation, this internal fan ensures optimal working conditions and prevents dust buildup. Unlike other drives on the market today, the 131B2113 comes with two relay terminal blocks and two terminal ports for brake. During operation, this servo drive can power the motor’s holding brake and also dissipate excess energy when braking is initiated. This three-phase drive is available at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty.
