Product Description:
The 131B0147 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It modulates three-phase input power to provide controlled voltage and frequency at the motor terminals, allowing plant control systems to regulate induction-motor speed and torque. This electronic control reduces the need for mechanical throttling and supports gradual acceleration and deceleration. The drive is intended for general industrial automation applications such as conveyors, pumps, and fans that require stable torque, programmable speed, and repeatable operation.
The drive accepts 380–500 VAC from a three-phase power supply commonly found in industrial facilities. It delivers up to 1.5 kW at the motor terminals, providing output capacity for compatible machinery within that power range. The IP20 chassis protects against accidental contact with internal components but requires installation inside a suitable cabinet or protected enclosure. Standard cable entries simplify the routing of mains, motor, and control wiring inside switchgear, while support for A, B, and C cabinet frames provides flexibility in panel layouts. An integrated RFI filter reduces conducted electrical interference, and cabinet airflow carries heat away from the drive during operation.
The drive includes a Graphical Local Control Panel that provides direct access to operating values, settings, alarms, and diagnostic information. Its display and navigation controls allow parameters to be adjusted on-site without requiring a separate interface device. The unit uses coated circuit boards to improve resistance to moisture, dust, and other airborne contaminants encountered in industrial cabinets. The A, B, C0, and D extension positions are unused, leaving the associated compartments free of added fieldbus or expansion cards. Adaptation B remains inactive, so the drive operates with its normal control arrangement. The 302 series identifier places the model within the FC 302 platform and indicates compatibility with accessories intended for that product line.
