The 131B0112 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The controller converts fixed mains power into a modulated output for induction or permanent-magnet motors, letting machine builders adjust shaft speed and torque without mechanical throttling. The modulated output varies electrical frequency and voltage in response to control commands, allowing acceleration and deceleration to be managed electronically. Within an automated process line, this drive forms the interface between three-phase utility power and the motor terminals, supplying closed-loop speed control for conveyors, pumps, and material-handling axes.
At the power stage, the inverter delivers 7.5 kW of continuous electrical output, equivalent to 10 HP when stated in imperial units. It accepts a supply range of 380–500 VAC, so it fits standard 400 V class networks in manufacturing plants. The input must use three-phase power, eliminating the need for phase conversion hardware.
