The 131B0082 variable frequency drive is produced by Danfoss and belongs to the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a regulated output that allows control systems to adjust motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and fans. The drive supports controlled acceleration, deceleration, and continuous speed regulation for common industrial motor loads. Its shared diagnostics and mechanical layout provide machine builders with a consistent interface across supported power sizes.
The drive has a continuous shaft output rating of 7.5 kW and operates from a mains supply range of 380 to 500 VAC. The input requires three-phase power for normal operation. A built-in DC link receives energy returned by the motor during deceleration, while the unit has no brake chopper for dissipating excess regenerative energy through an external resistor. Local setup and monitoring are handled through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which presents operating values, alarms, and menu selections on the drive.
