The 132X2373 is an AC variable frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into adjustable voltage and frequency for three-phase induction motors, allowing motor speed to match the needs of the connected load. This makes it suitable for conveyors, pumps, fans, and other industrial equipment that benefit from controlled acceleration and steady running speed. Matching motor output to process demand can also reduce unnecessary mechanical stress on shafts, belts, and gear-driven components.
The drive accepts a three-phase 200-240 VAC supply and uses an IP20 / chassis enclosure intended for installation inside a control cabinet. An integrated RFI Class A2 (C3) filter helps reduce conducted emissions on the power lines, and a built-in brake chopper handles regenerated motor energy during deceleration. Operation and parameter access are provided through a graphical local control panel, which displays status values, parameter menus, and fault messages in a readable format.
