Product Description:
The 132N5600 is an adjustable-frequency motor drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. Classified in the VLT AutomationDrive EZ product group, it provides speed and torque regulation for induction motors used in conveyors, pumps, and general machinery. By modulating output frequency, the unit aligns motor performance with process demand while maintaining compatibility with existing 600 V industrial distribution systems. It is intended for applications that need controlled acceleration, steady running speed, and reliable motor operation across common industrial loads.
Electrically, the inverter is rated for 1.5 kW continuous output, which corresponds to 2.0 HP at the motor shaft. It accepts a three-phase 525 to 600 VAC mains supply and is factory equipped with a brake chopper, so dynamic stopping energy can be directed to an external resistor to limit DC-link voltage rise during deceleration. Safe installation in washdown zones is supported by the IP66 / NEMA 4X backplate enclosure, and the sealed housing helps protect the drive from dust and water exposure in demanding areas. Because no RFI filter is installed, external EMC measures can be added when the installation requires them.
An onboard Graphical Local Control Panel provides direct access to parameters and status information without requiring an external setup device, and cabling is routed through smooth imperial cable entries provided by Adaptation A. The electronics use an uncoated PCB, so environmental protection comes from the enclosure rather than from a conformal coating on the board surface. The unit also includes a mains disconnect with fuse, along with the standard language pack and the latest standard software release. No A, B, C, C0, C1, or D hardware options are installed, Adaptation B is absent, and no dedicated C software option is installed.
