The 132L5122 is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. It regulates AC motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and similar automated equipment to reduce energy use and limit mechanical wear. The unit uses the electrical and parameter structure established across the 321 platform, which helps it integrate with existing Danfoss-based control architectures and standard operating logic.

This model supplies up to 25 HP of mechanical output, equivalent to 18.5 kW, when connected to a three-phase 525–600 VAC mains circuit. This output level suits medium-power machinery that needs controlled acceleration and steady speed regulation. Its chassis carries an IP20 / Chassis rating, so it must be mounted inside a protected enclosure where accidental contact and airborne contamination are limited. Fieldbus communication is enabled through the A-slot card, the EtherNet/IP MCA 121, allowing real-time I/O exchange with PLCs for networked control and status reporting. No B, C, C0, C1, or D option cards are installed, and no mains-supply option is included, so the default busbar layout is retained. The standard language pack is preloaded for local operation and menu access. No RFI filter is fitted, so external EMC hardware may be required in noise-sensitive installations.

Cabling enters through the factory-installed standard cable entries, and adaptation B is not included, so the mechanical footprint remains unchanged. Rapid deceleration is handled by the integrated brake chopper, which diverts regenerative energy to an external resistor. Operators configure parameters, monitor status, and review faults with the Graphical Local Control Panel. The control boards use an uncoated PCB finish, so the drive should not be exposed to condensing humidity or corrosive atmospheres during operation or storage.
