The 132L4891 is a variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. It regulates the speed of three-phase induction motors in conveyors, pumps, and general factory machinery. Its variable-speed control can improve process consistency when motor loads change during normal production cycles across mixed-duty equipment in service. It is intended for industrial automation lines that need adjustable motor speed, steady torque response, and process control.
The drive provides 4.0 kW, or about 5.5 HP, of continuous output. It operates from a three-phase 380-500 VAC supply, giving it the input range needed for common industrial power systems. An IP66/NEMA 4X backplate enclosure helps protect the unit in wash-down or dusty areas, while an integrated brake chopper dissipates regenerated energy during deceleration. The RFI filter meets Class A2 C3 limits and helps reduce emissions on the plant network.
For local setup, the unit includes a Graphical Local Control Panel that gives operators direct access to parameters and status data. The electronics use a not coated PCB finish, so ambient moisture must remain within the rated limits.
