The 132L4608 is an AC motor drive produced by Danfoss and supplied in the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. It is intended for speed and torque control of three-phase induction motors in automated machinery, giving machine builders a compact unit for rack or panel mounting. By modulating output frequency and voltage, the drive helps conveyors, pumps, and fan systems follow process demand more closely. It is suited to applications where variable-speed control improves flow, airflow, or material movement without requiring a large cabinet footprint.

This model operates from a three-phase input of 200-240 VAC and can deliver up to 40 HP, which corresponds to a continuous output of 30 kW. Integrated motor braking is handled by a brake chopper, allowing controlled deceleration during speed changes and helping manage regenerated energy. The output stage adjusts motor voltage along with frequency so torque remains stable across a practical operating range for general industrial loads. User interaction is provided through a graphical local control panel, which displays settings managed by the latest standard software release.
