The 132L4593 is a variable-frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT EZ FC 321 Automation Drives series. In automated plants, it adjusts the frequency delivered to standard induction motors so speed and torque can be controlled electronically instead of through pulleys or gearbox changes. That role makes the unit suitable for conveyors, pumps, and ventilators that need responsive motor control as load conditions change. It can also serve as the main power stage in PLC-based systems where stable motor speed supports consistent process performance.

The drive has a motor rating of 100 HP and a power rating of 75 kW. It accepts a three-phase 525 to 600 VAC supply, allowing direct connection to common 575 V industrial mains. The enclosure is rated IP20 / Chassis, so it is intended for installation inside a cabinet where the surrounding panel provides added protection. Local setup and command entry are handled through a Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides access to parameters and local start-stop control. Braking energy is managed by a built-in brake chopper, which supports controlled deceleration without a separate external braking module. Its control electronics use an uncoated PCB, which is best suited to clean electrical enclosures rather than harsh airborne contaminants. Cable routing is supported by standard cable entries under Adaptation A, while Adaptation B is listed as no adaptation.
