Product Description:
The FC-202PK75T4131G4267 is a variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss and included in the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drives series. The unit converts fixed three-phase power into a controlled output for centrifugal pumps and blowers, allowing flow and pressure adjustments in automated water-treatment systems. Rated at 0.75 kW, the drive has a mechanical output equivalent to 1.0 HP, providing sufficient capacity for small process pumps. Its variable output allows connected equipment to respond to changing process demand rather than operating continuously at full speed.
The drive accepts a three-phase supply across a 380–480 VAC range and draws 2.2 A when supplied with 380–440 V or 1.9 A when supplied with 441–480 V. On the output side, it delivers 2.4 A to the motor on 380–440 V grids and 2.1 A at higher voltages. Apparent output power remains at 1.7 kVA when the drive operates at either 400 V or 460 V. Motor conductors with cross-sectional areas up to 4 mm² can be connected to the terminals, while the disconnect loop accommodates copper conductors up to 6 mm². The displacement power factor remains above 0.98, which reduces reactive current drawn from the three-phase supply and supports efficient use of the available electrical capacity.
The drive operates with an efficiency of 0.96, and its rated-load power loss is limited to 46 W. This relatively low heat output reduces the ventilation demand inside an electrical cabinet and helps limit temperature rise around neighboring components. The true power factor remains at or above 0.9 during rated operation. The control logic issues an imbalance warning when the phase-to-phase voltage mismatch exceeds 3.0%, helping prevent continued operation under an uneven supply. The power stage uses three-pole protective fuses, and the line pre-fuse must not exceed 10 A.
