Product Description:
The FC-202P15KT6134H8526 is a variable-frequency drive built by Danfoss for the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drives series. Designed as a dedicated pump and fan controller, it regulates three-phase induction motors used in water treatment, irrigation, and similar flow-controlled processes. By varying motor speed to match flow demand, the drive supports precise control while maintaining high electrical efficiency.
This unit draws a continuous line current of 20 A at 575 V and can deliver 22 A to the motor terminals across a supply range of 551–600 V. It provides a drive efficiency of up to 0.98 under suitable operating conditions. It carries the IE2 energy label, and overall losses are approximately 300 W under nominal load. Mechanical output reaches 20 HP, equivalent to a nominal electrical rating of 15 kW. The inverter’s IGBT section supports carrier frequencies up to 32 kHz, which helps reduce acoustic noise at the motor. Operation is supported at ambient temperatures up to 50 °C; above that temperature, output derating is required. The drive operates on three-phase power, an upstream 40 A fuse protects the supply, and an integrated RFI C2 filter limits conducted emissions.
The drive withstands 95% relative humidity without condensation and operates at full rating at altitudes up to 1,000 m. Output derating applies at installation altitudes between 1,000 m and 3,000 m. Control interfaces include an analog output that supports 0–10 V or 0/4–20 mA signals and can drive loads with a minimum resistance of 500 Ω. Its digital inputs accept up to 28 V DC. Shielded motor cables may be up to 150 m long, while unshielded cables may extend to 300 m without exceeding applicable voltage-drop or electromagnetic compatibility limits. The maximum motor frequency is 600 Hz. The internal control algorithm also provides extended vector control and pump-oriented functions such as dry-run detection.
