Product Description:
The FC-202N200T7134G8272 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drives series. Designed for pump, blower, and filtration applications, the unit regulates motor speed so that water flow matches process demand while minimizing energy use. A control terminal block provides analog and digital channels that allow the drive to exchange real-time signals with plant controllers. These interfaces support pressure regulation, level control, and other common water-management functions without requiring separate signal converters.
The power stage accepts three-phase mains between 525–690 V AC, ensuring compatibility with high-voltage distribution systems used on large pumping skids. Two analog inputs are provided, and each can be scaled for current signals of 0/4–20 mA or voltage signals of 0–10 V with 0.5% full-scale accuracy. Signal variations up to 200 Hz are tracked, and the converter samples them with 10-bit resolution, including a sign bit, to provide precise PID references. Two analog outputs reproduce setpoints or feedback as 0/4–20 mA signals and can drive loads with an impedance of up to 500 Ω. The outputs use 8-bit resolution and can transmit operating data to recorders, remote indicators, or compatible control equipment.
Four digital inputs, expandable to six, accept 0–24 V DC logic and have an impedance of 4 kΩ, enabling direct connections to float switches or proximity sensors. A transistor digital output can source up to 40 mA and emit pulse streams at 32 kHz, supporting flow totalization or speed references for external counters. The available digital channels allow the drive to monitor operating states, process switching commands, and communicate status information within water-handling systems. Combined with its three-phase power capability, these channels provide sufficient native I/O for supervising remote wells, booster stations, and treatment basins without auxiliary PLC hardware.
