Danfoss 131B9006 belongs to the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drive family, which is intended to be used in water and wastewater facilities where energy efficiency and flexible I/O are required.

This model incorporates advanced relay capability to meet a variety of operational needs in pump, fan, and process control systems. The drive gives an analog output voltage of +10 V DC with a maximum current of 15 mA, which is appropriate to use as analog reference signals. It contains two programmable relays that can each carry an AC load and a DC load of varying ratings based upon application. Relay 1 is able to carry up to 240 V AC at 2 A resistive loads and 60 V DC at 1 A resistive DC loads. For inductive loads, it is relatively lower, at only 24 V on the DC side or 240 V on the AC, lasting only 0.1 A or 0.2 A, respectively.

Relay 2 offers an additional function by opening up to 400 V AC at 2 A in resistive circuits, providing reliable performance in standard applications. It also carries 80 V DC at 2 A in DC circuits and lower ratings in inductive circuits to ensure safe and reliable performance. To ensure safe and dependable wiring, the relays take terminal wire sizes 0.25-1.5 mm² (24-16 AWG) and have a tightening torque of 0.5 N m (4.4 lb-in). The stripping length is given as 8-9 mm (0.31-0.35 in), which guarantees stable and safe connections. NO/NC contacts have a minimum terminal load of 24 V DC at 10 mA or 24 V AC at 20 mA, ensuring reliable signal quality throughout low-power situations.
