The VLT6005HT4B20STR3DLF00A00C0 is Danfoss VLT 6000 series AC frequency converter. A major benefit of this converter is that it consumes the least amount of power during speed regulation of rotary pumps and fans. This leads to significant energy savings and lowers operating expenditures over the operating lifespan. Another major benefit is rapid adaptation to changes in flow and/or pressure requirements. IP20 units, such as the VLT6005HT4B20STR3DLF00A00C0, can be mounted adjacent to other IP54 or IP20 units. The converter is equipped with an integrated RFI filter which minimizes the impact of interference and is necessary for EMC compliance. A detachable local control panel with graphical display allows easy monitoring and control of converter operating parameters. The converter can be connected to dual feedback signals. Operators can also configure two set-points as control references.

Support for sleep mode further reduces energy consumption by turning off the motor when additional flow or pressure are not required. The converter is equipped with the ramp feature to prevent tripping during deceleration or acceleration. VLT 6000 units support three communication protocols, including Apogee FLN, Metasys N2 and RS-485. Optional communication cards are available for Profibus, Modbus, DeviceNet, and LonWorks.
