Product Description:

The VLT 6000 HVAC drive family, which includes the Danfoss VLT 6032, has been built to reliably and efficiently regulate HVAC units.

Since this drive is designed to handle rigorous industrial and commercial applications, its starting voltage is three times 380-460 V AC. In HVAC systems, it may be combined with standard three-phase power sources. The motor produces a maximum current of 44.0 amperes when it is powered by a voltage between 380 and 415 volts. The power source normally generates an elevated current of 41.0 amperes at high voltage (440 to 460 volts), guaranteeing uninterrupted power. When operating in the 380–415 voltage range for 60 seconds, the drive may draw up to 48.4 amperes of electricity. At higher voltage levels of 440-460 volts, it accommodates 44.0 amperes for short-term overload capability if needed. The VLT 6032 can manage an average shaft output power of 22 kW, or 30 HP, which is suitable for medium-to-large HVAC systems when it comes to power delivery. With a 400-volt output, the motor operates steadily with a total apparent capacity of 31.6 kVA. It offers the highest supply voltage to reach 460V to provide 31.9 kVA, providing adequate operation and reliable power delivery, regardless of the different load demands of the industry.

For safe and dependable connections, a maximum cable cross-section of 16 mm² (6 AWG) matches the motor. It provides steady operation at peak situations by delivering maximum input currents of 44.0 A at 380 V and 41.0 A at 460 V. Depending on installation requirements, the device is protected by pre-fuse ratings of 60 A (UL) or 63 A (a). At the rated frequency, its excellent efficiency (0.96) reduces energy loss and guarantees stable system performance. IP20, which weighs 30 kg, and IP54, which weighs 51 kg, are the two enclosure kinds that are offered. Flexibility is ensured by these protection classifications; IP20 is utilized in regulated interior environments, while IP54 offers superior protection in more challenging circumstances.
