The VLT 6027 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT 6000 HVAC Drives series. Designed for ventilation and pumping systems, the unit modulates motor speed so building automation controllers can match airflow or water flow to real-time demand and reduce energy use. As an HVAC drive, it delivers the voltage and frequency combinations required by induction motors that power fans, blowers, and circulation pumps in commercial and industrial facilities.
For a 200–230 V mains supply, the drive provides an output current of 74.8 A. The output current is 37.5 A with a 380–440 V supply and 28 A during 550 V operation. These current ratings assist with cable sizing and upstream protection selection.
