Product Description:

The VLT 6000 HVAC Drives line includes the Danfoss 175Z7369, a strong and efficient three-phase variable frequency drive that is developed to provide dependable motor control and energy efficiency in tough HVAC situations. The drive can handle up to 40 HP (30 kW), which is enough power for big fans, pumps, and other heavy-duty tools that are common in building automation and climate control systems. It works with an input voltage range of 380–480 V AC ±10%, which makes it useful for many different types of industrial power systems.

The drive has an IP20 casing, which means it can be installed in safe interior spaces. It also weights 25.2 kg, which makes it easy to fit into a cabinet or panel. The 175Z7369 has a user-friendly local control panel (LCP) with a clear display that makes it easy to set up, keep an eye on, and change parameters. The drive has a number of innovative control features that improve both performance and energy use. The Automatic Energy Optimization (AEO) function automatically changes the voltage and frequency to fit the actual system load. This saves the most energy possible without the need for manual U/f ratio changes.

By default, this feature is turned on, which makes installation and operation easier and makes sure that the motor always uses the right amount of energy for the load. Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) is also included into the drive. This makes sure that the drive is perfectly suited to the attached motor for the best performance and use. An incorporated PID regulator lets one regulate processes in a more advanced way. It can link two feedback signals (as in zoning applications) and define two separate set-points, which gives HVAC systems more flexibility.
