Product Description:

The 175Z7359 Frequency Converter ensures stable operation with controlled output power and current capacity. The unit supports HVAC and industrial applications requiring dependable performance. It maintains operational safety and system reliability across varied environments with protective earthing measures and optimized electrical connections.

The 175Z7359 frequency converter provides an output current of 24.2 A. It supports an overload output current of 26.6 A for 60 seconds. The pre-fuse recommendations are 30 A or 50 A depending on protection requirements. The control cables and communication cables must be fitted with clamps at both ends. This ensures the best possible electrical contact and reduces electrical interference. The frequency converter is rated to deliver an output power of 10.1 kVA at an input voltage of 240 V with a typical mechanical output of 5.5 kW at the shaft. This converter is designed for optimal performance with a maximum allowable cable cross-sectional area of 16 mm² for connections to the motor or DC bus. This ensures efficient power transmission while maintaining safe operating limits for both current capacity and thermal management. The converter can control several motors connected in parallel. When connected, the total motor current must not exceed the rated output current. The motors can operate at different rated rpm values if their rpm ratios remain constant.

The earth leakage current of the Danfoss 175Z7359 frequency converter may exceed 3.5 mA. Therefore, the converter must always be earthed in accordance with national and local electrical regulations. The earth cable must have a minimum cross-section of 10 mm² to ensure good mechanical connection. An RCD can be installed to cut off supply if leakage current exceeds safe limits. These specifications provide secure operation, flexible motor connection and safe power handling.
