By adjusting induction motor speed directly, the unit helps optimize conveyors, pumps, and similar process equipment. In control cabinets where footprint and heat dissipation must be managed, the slim, book-style housing simplifies installation. The model serves as a compact, configurable motor control element for general industrial automation tasks.
The internal control board is a process control card, so basic PID functions and setpoint handling take place inside the drive. Power is accepted from a 380–500 V three-phase supply, which aligns with typical low-voltage distribution networks. Under a cyclic overload at 110 percent torque, the inverter can deliver 2.2 kW to the motor shaft. Its book-style housing is rated IP20, providing protection against accidental contact with internal components but no protection from water. Network communication is provided through DeviceNet, allowing straightforward integration with node-addressed fieldbus architectures.
