The 175Z4153 frequency converter is a compact device with a metallic enclosure and the ability to monitor, protect, and control the operation of a three-phase servo motor. This converter is vulnerable to common contaminants that are often encountered in industrial environments. This makes it necessary for operators to ensure that it is mounted inside a protective enclosure that meets at least IP54. Relative humidity level around this product should not exceed 95 percent, water condensation of any form should also be completely avoided as this can cause permanent damage to the unit. There is a single air blower installed in this unit; the blower can be accessed and replaced when necessary. Surrounding temperature around this product should not be allowed to exceed 40 degrees during full load operation, and 45 degrees when the converter is not at full load.

The 175Z4153 frequency converter can supply currents as high as 61 amperes to connected motors; its output voltage can also reach 100 percent of its supply voltage, which is between 380 to 500 volts. The typical output power for this product is about 48.8 kilovolts amperes. The design of this unit is carried out with the customer’s safety and satisfaction in mind.
