Product Description:
The 175Z4135 Frequency Converter provides both digital and analog outputs that ensures flexibility in industrial automation. The unit is equipped with programmable outputs that allows adaptation to multiple control environments.
The 175Z4135 frequency converter from Danfoss includes two programmable digital and analog outputs that are located on terminals 42 and 45. The digital or pulse output operates within a voltage range of 0 to 24 V DC. To ensure reliable operation, it requires a minimum load of 600 ohms connected to ground at terminal 39. The digital output when configured for pulse functionality supports frequency ranges from 0 to 32 kHz. The analog output operates in a current range of either 0 to 20 mA which allows seamless integration with various measurement and monitoring systems. The analog output is capable of handling a maximum load of 500 ohms to ground at terminal 39. The accuracy of the analog output is maintained within a maximum error of 1.5 % of full scale that ensures precise signal performance. The resolution on the analog output is 8 bit that supports consistent monitoring and control. The motor phase monitoring is built in on this converter and linked to parameter 234 which helps detect and shut down on phase loss. If there is a mains fault, the drive supports controlled deramping.
The 175Z4135 frequency converter provides motor current measurements ranging from 0 to 140 % load with a maximum error of ± 2.0 % of the rated output current for display readout parameters. The torque measurement ranges from - 100 to 140 % load with a maximum error of ± 5 % of rated motor size. These specifications ensure accurate and reliable motor monitoring in demanding applications.
