Product Description:

The 175Z4119 Frequency Converter operates on a mains supply of 3 x 200 – 240 V and offers normal overload torque with reliable shaft output. It ensures efficiency, flexibility and long term operational safety with programmable control inputs and built in protection features.

This 175Z4119 frequency converter from Danfoss is equipped with programmable analogue inputs to support voltage and current signals. It includes two programmable analogue voltage or thermistor inputs that are assigned to terminals 53 and 54. The voltage input level of the inputs is scalable between 0 and ±10 V DC with an input resistance of 10 kΩ. It also provides one programmable analogue current input that is located at terminal 60 with a scalable current range of 0/4 to ±20 mA and an input resistance of 200 Ω. The analogue input resolution is 10 bit with sign and input accuracy allows a maximum error of 1 % of full scale. The scanning time per input is 3 milliseconds with grounding on terminal 55. This converter ensures stable output in industrial environments where both precision and durability are required.

The 175Z4119 frequency converter supports a supply of 3 x 200 – 240 V. Under normal overload torque at 110 %, the converter delivers an output current of 73 A with a maximum of 80.3 A. Its power output at 240 V reaches 30.3 kVA. The model uses digital programming for easy adjustment of control inputs and outputs with up to four user defined setups. The control can be managed via the frequency converter panel or through the RS 485 user interface. These flexible settings enhance usability and integration across applications while maintaining precise performance and operational reliability.
