Product Description:
The 175Z0210 is a highly efficient frequency converter widely used for the monitoring and control of asynchronous in applications that require a high degree of accuracy. This converter is built by highly trained engineers in accordance with international quality and safety standards. It is not a current-intensive product and is able to function optimally in ambient conditions where the temperature is maintained below 45 degrees, and relative humidity is not higher than 95 per cent. This converter allows customers to carry out configurations locally or remotely. It is also possible for operators to transfer configuration instructions from one converter to another through the movement of the removable control parameters. This frequency converter is not suited for outdoor operation; it is possible to vertically install it inside a control cabinet able to provide long-lasting protection against common interference encountered in the environment.
The 175Z0210 frequency converter can be selected to operate in one of five configuration modes, these include the Speed Open Loop, Speed Closed Loop, Process Closed Loop, Torque Open Loop and the Torque control speed configuration mode. The choice of configuration mode makes the adaptation of the converter to specific application requirements simple to carry out since the parameters needed for the configuration mode selected are simply made inactive. Motors operated with this converter often come with a nameplate containing information about their required motor voltage and power output. Operators are required to select the desired values through the configuration interface.
The motor speed and motor frequency can also be directly determined on the 175Z0210 converter. Operators can choose to turn on the Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) feature, which allows the converter to automatically set the necessary control parameters based on the current operation status of the connected motor.
