Designed by Danfoss, this 195N2190 industrial drive is used like a frequency converter. The drive’s quick setup allows its EMC-correct and quick installation. This product needs no clearance space on its sides. The device-related power terminals can be removed. This unit’s mounting screws must be tightened properly after its mounting. Its parameters can be set by selecting the Change Data option in the Quick Menu. The drive’s motor and motor terminals are connected using an armored/screened cable.

This product’s main supply is to be disconnected before removing the motor. The device’s motor thermal protection parameter must be set to ETR Trip or ETR Warning for protection against motor overload. This unit’s voltage inputs need a disconnection from load sharing using the DC bus before its service. Its control panel has an LED display that can highlight six digits at a time. The drive’s functions on terminals 18 and 19 are controlled using an interrupter. This product’s digital output terminal can be used for frequency output. The device-associated output frequency can never be more than 1/10th of the switching frequency. This unit is equipped with a dedicated wobble function for synthetic yarn winding applications. It isn’t suitable for remote mounting.

The industrial drive supports RCD relays for extra protection. This product’s mains supply can be fitted with pre-fuses. The device needs an LC filter fitted to its output if the motor has no phase insulation. This unit can control motors if they have a parallel connection. Its earth terminal has a torque of 2 Nm to 3 Nm.
