The 195N1133 is a variable-frequency AC drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. This compact controller regulates the speed of three-phase induction motors used in process automation. It allows pump, fan, and conveyor speeds to follow real-time load demands while reducing unnecessary energy consumption. The drive can also improve process control by providing gradual acceleration and deceleration instead of abrupt across-the-line motor starting. Its narrow profile makes it suitable for control cabinets where available mounting space is limited.

The drive supports a motor output of up to 25 HP, which corresponds to 18.5 kW. It accepts a mains input of 380–480 V at 50/60 Hz, with a tolerance of ±10%, allowing operation on common industrial power systems when supply voltage fluctuates. A three-phase supply permits direct connection to standard plant power without phase conversion. The standard configuration does not include an application option card or a fieldbus module, so control is provided through the available local and hardwired interfaces. Because the drive does not contain an RFI filter, external electromagnetic compatibility measures may be required where conducted emissions limits apply. The unit is also supplied without conformal coating and should be installed in a clean electrical area that is protected from corrosive vapors and excessive contamination.

The housing uses a book-style enclosure that minimizes panel width and supports side-by-side installation in crowded control cabinets. A built-in display (SLCP) presents operating values and parameter menus without requiring a separate remote keypad. The enclosure has an IP20 rating, providing protection against finger contact with internal components while requiring installation in a protected indoor location. As part of the VLT product group, the drive uses the control structure associated with Danfoss low-voltage motor drives. Its Process profile provides factory default parameters suited to flow-control applications such as pumps and fans. The available local controls allow operating values to be viewed and parameters to be adjusted directly from the front of the unit.
