The 195N1103 is a low-voltage AC inverter produced by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. This compact unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into variable-frequency output for asynchronous motors. In automated process lines, it regulates the speed of pumps, fans, and conveyors, helping lower energy consumption and mechanical wear while maintaining accurate control of torque and flow.

The inverter provides a continuous output of 7.5 kW, which corresponds to 10 HP at the motor shaft. Its power section accepts 380–480 V ±10% at 50/60 Hz, allowing the same model to operate on common 400 V and 480 V networks without modification. The unit is designed for a three-phase supply, which distributes current across the input conductors. An automatic derating algorithm monitors internal temperature and reduces output when necessary to protect the switching components. The housing has an IP20 rating, making it suitable for installation inside ventilated electrical panels where protection against accidental finger contact is required. The open enclosure does not provide protection against water, so the installation area must remain dry.

The enclosure uses a book-style format, allowing several drives to be mounted side by side while conserving cabinet width. Parameters are entered through the built-in display (SLCP), which presents operating speed, current, settings, and fault codes without requiring an external keypad. Conducted electrical noise is reduced by an integrated EN 55011 Class A1 filter, which helps prevent interference from returning to the mains supply. The unit has no application option, so its controls remain suitable for general-purpose motor speed regulation rather than a dedicated application package. It is supplied without a protective coating and is intended for clean electrical rooms where the internal electronics will not be exposed to corrosive vapor, excessive moisture, or conductive contamination.
