Product Description:

The Danfoss 195N1102 low voltage drive is designed for efficient motor control. The product 195N1102 refers to model VLT2875PT4B20SBR1DBF00A00C0. It offers high performance for a wide range of industrial applications.

The 195N1102 belongs to the > series. It is compatible with single and three-phase supply voltages ranging from 220-240 VAC to 200-240 VAC or 380-480 VAC. It operates on a 50 or 60 Hz supply frequency and has an output frequency range of 0 to 120 Hz. The drive is compatible with all typical three-phase asynchronous motors. To avoid thermal overload, the switching frequency is automatically adjusted within the specified limits. An electronic thermal relay with a UL Class 20 overload rating ensures motor protection. The drive uses Bussmann or Ferraz fuses, depending on the input range. It uses forced air cooling and requires a 100 mm clearance above and below to ensure proper airflow. It can be mounted in any position and supports side-by-side mounting. A NEMA 1 terminal cover is required when not housed in a cabinet. Parallel motor operation is possible providing the total current stays within the rated limits. The unit operates reliably from 0°C to 40°C without derating and up to 55°C with derating. It can function at elevations of up to 1000 meters and tolerates humidity levels ranging from 5 to 85 percent. The motor cable can be extended up to 75 m unscreened or 25 m screened without derating. Brake connections are available at dedicated terminals with DC levels of up to 850 V.

The 195N1102 VLT® 2800 Low Voltage Drive features a six-digit LED display with parameter changing keys and an optional LCP2 keypad. It accepts digital inputs ranging from 18 to 33 and analog inputs of 0-10 VDC or 0/4-20 mA. The outputs include configurable analog signals and programmable relay functionalities. Standard RS-485 connectivity is included, with the option for Profibus DP. Protection systems include high-leakage grounding, programmable thermal tripping, and numeric LED alerts. DC bus sharing is provided at Terminals 88 and 89. This drive provides dependable control and accurate motor performance.

Frequently Asked Questions about 195N1102:

Q: How does the auto-adjusted switching frequency in 195N1102 improve performance?

A: The auto-adjusted switching frequency helps reduce thermal stress on components. It ensures the drive operates efficiently under variable motor loads.

Q: Why does the 195N1102 require high leakage grounding greater than 3.5 mA?

A: The high leakage current requires solid grounding for operator safety. This also ensures compliance with industrial electrical protection standards.

Q: Why does the 195N1102 require a NEMA 1 terminal cover when not in a cabinet?

A: The cover provides additional enclosure protection against dust and accidental contact. It ensures compliance with installation safety standards.

Q: What benefit does DC bus sharing provide in VLT® 2800 Low Voltage Drives?

A: DC bus sharing allows multiple drives to exchange power internally. This reduces external wiring and improves energy efficiency.

Q: Why does the 195N1102 specify maximum screened and unscreened motor cable lengths?

A: The specified cable lengths minimize noise and voltage drops. This ensures stable operation without derating or interference.
