Product Description:
The 195N1098 is a high-performing industrial frequency converter unit that is able to singularly improve the operation efficiency of production systems through the accurate control and management of servo motor units. This product belongs to the internationally renowned VLT 2800 product series, which is deliberately designed to have a compact housing to make its installation into a servo system with limited installation spaces easy to carry out. This converter is able to function perfectly with several motor designs; motors controlled by the unit are able to produce an average power rating of about 7.5 kilowatts/10 horsepower. The unit is also a three-phase device with a voltage requirement of 380 to 480 volts. The type of enclosure adopted for this product is the bookstyle enclosure. The enclosure also meets IP20 and is able to easily protect internal components of the motor from large solids with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters.
The 195N1098 frequency converter does not come with an RFI filter; however, it has a built-in control panel made up of a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display unit, and a keypad through which configuration instructions can be provided. There is also no fieldbus or application option integrated into this product. The housing of this product is without a coating. During its operation, it should be mounted vertically inside a control cabinet with the ability to produce protection standards that meet at least the IP54 protection category.
