Product Description:
The 195N1057 is a Danfoss Automation converter built for industrial engineers who require high efficiency and flexibility in the control of their industrial motor units. This product is an IP20 device that has a slender uncoated housing design that can be mounted in areas with little installation space. The front panel of this frequency converter features a display unit through which command instructions can be sent in by operators, and feedback can be received in real time. The display on the control panel is a six-digit Light Emitting Diode (LED) display. It is designed to be able to continuously display a single item of operation. Information about voltage status, alarms, and warnings is communicated through supplementary indicator lamps also present on this product.
The 195N1057 is delivered with factory-set configuration parameters; however, operators are allowed to reset most of these parameters through the control panel. The unshielded connection cables used between this converter and servo motors can be extended to reach a maximum length of 200 meters by fitting a motor coil module between the frequency converter and the motor. The use of the motor coils extends shielded cables to reach a maximum length of about 100 meters. Motor coils are IP20 accessories with a maximum rated current of 16 amperes.
The 195N1057 frequency converter does not come with an RFI filter; this filter can, however, be fitted externally according to instructions in the documentation of the product. The 195N1057 is equipped with the Device Net Fieldbus system. This fieldbus can be used for the linking of automation devices such as sensors and actuators to the controller. A four-wire conductor cable is used for this product. The Device Net fieldbus is designed for medium speed communication and is specifically intended for communication between the control and various types of equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions about 195N1057:
Q: What does the motor coil do?
