The 195N1044 is an AC drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into variable-frequency output power, allowing PLCs to regulate motor speed in pumping, conveying, and other process-oriented applications. The unit is intended for general industrial automation where compact drives must be installed inside control panels. Its variable output allows connected equipment to operate at the speed required by the process instead of continuously running at full speed.
The inverter delivers a continuous output of 1.5 kW, which matches small and medium induction motors used on auxiliary machinery. Its input section accepts utility supplies between 380–480 V and operates at input frequencies of 50/60 Hz, allowing use with common industrial power systems. Power must be supplied through a three-phase circuit, ensuring balanced loading and lower harmonic content than single-phase operation.
