Product Description:
The 195N1025 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. As a compact control unit, it modulates the speed of three-phase induction motors used in process equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mixers. This control allows the drive to adjust motor torque and energy consumption in response to changing operating demands within automated plants.
This model accepts a nominal input of 380–480 V, ±10%, 50/60 Hz from a three-phase supply and converts that power into a regulated motor output. Its continuous output rating is 1.1 kW, which corresponds to 1.5 HP. The drive carries an IP20 protection rating, so it must be installed inside a suitable control enclosure where protection from dust and accidental contact is required. Internal circuitry is optimized for the thermal demands of process duty cycles. The drive supports stable speed regulation over extended operating periods in flow-oriented applications. Its variable-frequency output also allows connected motors to accelerate and decelerate smoothly, reducing mechanical stress on pumps, belts, couplings, and other driven equipment.
A book-style housing minimizes the panel footprint and supports side-by-side mounting with neighboring electronics. Operators can set parameters directly through the built-in display (SLCP), eliminating the need for an external keypad during setup and routine adjustment. The electronics use a standard hardware configuration suitable for general process control tasks. The unit has no integrated EMC filter, so external radio-frequency interference suppression may be required when stringent emission limits apply. No application option or fieldbus hardware is fitted, which keeps communication and control wiring limited to the available basic input and output connections. The control boards do not have a protective coating, so the drive should be installed in a clean, dry, noncorrosive electrical room. Adequate enclosure ventilation must be provided to carry heat away from the drive during continuous operation.
